DISPATCH & DELIVERY

All our items are MADE TO ORDER, which means we begin sewing each piece only once it has been purchased.
This eliminates unnecessary production and avoids creating unwanted stock.
Your custom piece will be ready within 3-6 weeks.
This is fashion done slowly.

SHIPPING

All orders ship worldwide from Mexico. Shipping costs are included in the price.
Unfortunately, we are not able to guarentee the length of shipping time.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Your order will be dispatched Monday through Friday via UPS.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods. 

PLEASE NOTE: When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. AMARA Tulum cannot be held responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
